Kingfisher Capital CLO has sold 4,533,135 shares of Nava Bharat Ventures in an open market transaction. The shares were sold at Rs 195.00 a piece on National Stock Exchange (NSE) on November 07, 2012.

Nava Bharat Ventures is engaged in power generation, sugar and ferro alloys and enlisted the services of a Chinese company, Sepco, to implement the power plant project, after securing various mandatory clearances from the Zambian Government.
