Copy of the Un-audited Financial Results together with Limited Review Report is enclosed for information and records. Same is also uploaded on the website of the Company www.aymsyntex.com. An extract of the aforementioned results would be published in the newspapers in accordance with Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
