Further, that Register of Members & Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, August 28, 2021 to Friday, September 3, 2021 for the purpose of payment of Dividend and Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Dividend amount, if declared by the shareholders at Annual General Meeting, is proposed to be paid/dispatched on or before October 2, 2021.
