Taaza International’s subsidiary -- Taaza International PTE has decided to invest to the tune of 5,77,20,000 Equity Shares of Rs 2 each at an issue price of Rs 45 each (including a premium of Rs 43 per Equity Share) aggregating to Rs 259.74 crore in Gayatri Projects on preferential basis and the same has been considered and approved by the Board of Gayatri Projects.

Taaza International provides global financing, shipping and operations for commodities trading. The Company operates in India and Singapore.
