Further, pursuant to the company's code of conduct to regulate, Monitor, and report trading by employees and connected persons in the terms of SEBI (insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 the trading window of the company was closed from Thursday July 01, 2021 and shall remain close till 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid unaudited financial Results.
