Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Shriram EPC has informed that the Audit Committee (scheduled to commence at 10.30 am) and Board Meeting (scheduled to commence at 12.30 pm) on Friday, the 13th August 2021 for the consideration and approval of unaudited financial results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2021. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the outcome of the Board Meeting will be intimated immediately on completion of the meeting and after that the company shall arrange to publish the results within 48 hours from the date of announcement of results.
