Ashok Leyland reports consolidated net loss of Rs 273.86 crore in Q1

Ashok Leyland has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2021.

The company has reported net loss at Rs 282.29 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 388.80 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, the company has reported over four-fold jump in its total income at Rs 2964.39 crore for Q1FY22 as compared Rs 676.49 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss attributable to owners of the company at Rs 273.86 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 409.08 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, the company has reported around three-fold jump in its total income at Rs 4103.27 crore for Q1FY22 as compared Rs 1511.69 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
