The adjourned meeting will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2021 (next Saturday) at 12:30 pm at the Corporate Office of the Company at Vipul TechSquare, Gold Course Road, Sector-43, Gurgaon-122009 through audio visual means of communication, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2021 (Standalone and Consolidated).
