In continuation to letter dated 18/03/2021 South Asian Enterprises has informed that the Company has completed the acquisition of 7359 of equity shares consisting of 60.34% of Equity Capital of Chai Thela (CTPL) at the price approved by the Board involving outlay of about Rs 29 lacs. With the acquisition of aforesaid Equity on 23/08/2021, CTPL has become the subsidiary of the Company from the same date.
