In terms of Regulation 39 (3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulation), Galaxy Bearings has informed about loss of share certificates from the following shareholder: Harnand Tyagi (Folio No: H00271). The Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company i.e., Link Intime India has received a letter from the above-mentioned shareholder and have informed the Company about the same on August 25, 2021. Further, subject to completion of required formalities by the above-mentioned shareholder, the Company will issue duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof.
