Remedium Lifecare has informed that the 32 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Thursday, 30 September, 2021 at 10:00 am (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in accordance with the circulars issues by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI). In compliance with the MCA and SEBI circulars, the Notice convening the GM along with the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2020-2021 will be sent to all those members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Depository Participants/Company/Registrar and Transfer Agents, Skyline Financial Services. The Registrar of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Friday, 24th September, 2021 till Thursday, 30th September, 2021 for the purpose of 32nd Annual General Meeting.
