Automobile Corporation Of Goa has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, through Circular Resolution passed September 2, 2021 has appointed Sanu Kapoor, Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) as the Nodal Officer effective from September 2, 2021 in compliance with the provision of section 125 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Rule 7 (2A) of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016. The Company has nominated the Nodal Officer for the purposes of verification of claims and coordination with Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority.
