Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients is currently trading at Rs. 354.40, up by 17.55 points or 5.21% from its previous closing of Rs. 336.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 339.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 364.95 and Rs. 338.40 respectively. So far 55289 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 384.00 on 03-Aug-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 84.80 on 09-Sep-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 364.95 and Rs. 335.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1784.29 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 64.27%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.52% and 35.21% respectively.

Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients (VSFIL) has set up 2 MW Solar Power Plant at Village - Rambhapur, Tal - Murtizapur, Dist - Akola, Maharashtra. 100% of electricity generated through above solar power plant shall be utilised for captive use for HT connections.

The project will support the Company’s green energy requirements for its manufacturing units. It will also help the Company reducing carbon emissions. Solar plant commissioned will also help VSFIL in significant cost savings and operational efficiencies which will aid to margin expansion in the long run. The total cost of the project (including land) is Rs 9 crore approximately, which was fully funded by internal accruals.
