In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that the Annual General Meeting of the company is due to be held on 30-09-2021 as per the requirement of section 96 of companies Act, 2013; Regent Enterprises has informed that the company has obtained the extension order of 3 months from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India for conducting Annual General Meeting of the company for the Financial Year 2020-2021. The approval Letter for the Extension of AGM of the Company issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs is annexed hereto and marked as Annexure-1. Accordingly the company can conduct its Annual General Meeting for the Financial Year 2020-2021 on or before 31st December, 2021.
