Ramasigns Industries has informed that as per the Company's minimum Standards Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Directors and Designated Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) (PIT Regulations) the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company for Director and Designated Persons shall remain closed from 8th September, 2021 with immediate effect and will re-open after 48 hours of the completion of AGM of the Company.
