KPI Global Infrastructure declines on getting termination letter from Chemie Organic Chemicals

KPI Global Infrastructure is currently trading at Rs. 120.05, down by 1.70 points or 1.40% from its previous closing of Rs. 121.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 124.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 124.70 and Rs. 119.05 respectively. So far 2010 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B ' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 163.60 on 05-Aug-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 33.90 on 26-Mar-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 129.90 and Rs. 118.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 219.79 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 52.70% and Non-Institutions held 47.30%.

KPI Global Infrastructure has received the termination letter from Chemie Organic Chemicals, Mumbai for terminating the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) signed for the Capacity of 1.10 MW Solar Power Plant under 'Independent Power Producer (IPP) segment of the Company. This PPA was only at initial stage and the process of sale of power had not yet started.

KPI Global Infrastructure is a solar power generating company focused on providing solar power, both as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) under the brand name of ‘Solarism’ and as service provider to Captive Power Producer (CPP) customers.
