In continuation of its letter dated August 13, 2021, RattanIndia Power has informed that in terms of the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, that members of the Company in their 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM), held through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) on September 21, 2021, accorded their approval to the appointment of Walker Chandiok & Co LLP (Firm Registration No.001076N/N500013), as the Statutory Auditor of the Company, for a second term of five consecutive years, from the Financial Year 2021-22 to 2025-26 from the conclusion of 14th Annual General Meeting to the conclusion of 19th Annual General Meeting.
