In accordance with the SEBI (POIT) Regulations,2015 and Company’s ‘Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor, and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons’ Raghuvansh Agrofarms has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company, shall remain closed from O1st October 2021 till expiry of 48 hours from the date of un-audited financial results for the year half ended on 30th September 2021 are made public.
