Sarthak Global has informed that Trading Window for the securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from 01st October, 2021 in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading & SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time. The Trading Window shall be opened after passing of 48 hours of Conclusion of the Board Meeting, in which the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ending 30th September, 2021 shall be approved. The date of Board meeting will be intimated separately in due course.
