Viaan Industries has informed that the Company has received a resignation from Ganpati Shankar Choudhary, (DIN: 07979103), resigning from the position of Additional Director of Viaan Industries ('the Company') with effect from 29th September, 2021. Due to his other commitments, he is unable to continue as Additional Director of the Company. Ganpati has confirmed that, there is no other material reason for his resignation other than those stated above. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations. 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure - I.
