Vivanta Industries has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with BSE circular No. LlST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019; the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1 st October, 2021 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter & half year ended on 30th September, 2021. All the Directors, KMP's Designated Employees, connected persons, fiduciary and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the shares of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter & half year ended on 30th September, 2021 will be informed in due course.
