Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30(4) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Laxmi Organic Industries has informed that today on October 1, 2021 the Company has completed the acquisition of 100% equity share capital of ‘Acetyls Holding Private Limited’ in accordance with terms of the Share Purchase Agreement dated December 9, 2020 and Prospectus dated March 18, 2021. With this acquisition, Acetyls Holding and its subsidiary Company namely Yellowstone Chemicals have become subsidiaries of the Company with effect from October 1, 2021.
