In furtherance to its previous intimation through Letters dated May 27, 2021 and August 27, 2021, PDS Multinational Fashions has informed that the Company has completed the transaction as regard to the acquisition of 50% Equity Stake in Yellow Octopus Fashion, a Company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales by the Company’s step-down subsidiary, PDS Multinational FZCO, a Company incorporated under the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates on October 1, 2021. The information required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure I.
