In continuation of earlier disclosure dated 6th September, 2021, Triveni Turbine has informed that in terms of the settlement agreement dated 6th September, 2021, the Unregistered Arbitration Petition filed by the Company against Nuovo Pignone S.P.A and its affiliates bearing Diary Nos 5763/2021 before the Registrar. Supreme Court of India has been allowed to be withdrawn. A copy of the order of Registrar dated 1.10.2021 (issued on 6.10.2021) is attached.
