GG Dandekar Machine Works has informed that the company has agreed to sell the property situated at Bhiwandi bearing Survey No. 13, Survey No. 14 Hissa No. 1/A along with the factory building for a total consideration of Rs 19,00,80,000. On 14.10.2021, the Company has received Rs 18,81,79,200 after TDS as per the provisions of Income Tax Act 1961. Deed of Conveyance is being executed. This is in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
