Shemaroo Entertainment has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Shemaroo Entertainment is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021. In this Connection, as informed earlier pursuant to 'Shemaroo Entertainment - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed up to 48 hours of declaration of the results for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the aforesaid code.
