Record date for the payment of 2nd interim dividend, if any shall be November 11, 2021. Further, with reference to its letter dated September 29, 2021, bearing Ref. No. GMM/SEC/2021- 22/36 and pursuant to the company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company which has been closed since September 30, 2021 shall remain closed up to October 30, 2021.
