Swan Energy has executed a Share Purchase Agreement with Veritas (India) to acquire 7,40,000 equity shares of Veritas Polychem (VPPL) at Rs 10 each. By virtue of the said agreement, Veritas Polychem will become subsidiary of the company.

Swan Energy is an emerging green energy company with a successful track record in infrastructure projects and textiles too.
