Further, in accordance with Regulation 47(l)(b) of the Listing Regulations, the Company would be publishing Extract of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021. The Meeting of the Board of Directors held today commenced at 1.00 pm and concluded at 2.10 pm.
