In furtherance to earlier intimations dated on January 22, 2021 and April 29, 2021 with regard to change in Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Symphony has informed that the Company has entered into the tripartite agreement dated October 19, 2021 with KFin Technologies (Old RTA) and Bigshare Services (New RTA). This is in compliance of the provisions of Regulation 7(4) and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
