Under letter dated 30th September, 2021, the Company had communicated closure of trading window in respect of the Company from 1st October, 2021 till 48 hours after public announcement of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021. Consequently, the Trading Window will remain closed till 1st November, 2021.
