With reference to its intimation dated October 22, 2021 and informed that there is no change in the Book Closure dates intimated by the Company to Bombay Stock Exchange through its letter dated October 21, 2021 intimated on October 22, 2021. The Book Closure dates would remain same October 22, 2021 to October 29, 2021. However due to un-avoidable circumstances, PTC Industries has informed that the 58th Annual General Meeting of the Company has been rescheduled to be held on Monday, November 22, 2021 at 03:00 pm through Video Conferencing/OVAM facility. Consequently, the voting period begins at Friday, November 19, 2021 (09.00 am) to Sunday, November 21, 2021 (05.00 pm), the cut-off date being Monday, November 15, 2021.
