Mahindra Lifespace Developers has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2021.
The company has reported net loss of Rs 4.30 crore for the quarter under review against net profit to Rs 6.75 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 17.96% at Rs 32.93 crore for Q2FY22 as compared Rs 40.14 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net profit attributable to owners of the parent at Rs 6.52 crore for the quarter under review against net loss of Rs 12.94 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 75.57% at Rs 65.70 crore for Q2FY22 as compared Rs 37.42 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
