Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, PDS Multinational Fashions has informed that a Subsidiary of the Company, Smart Notch Industrial, incorporated and registered in Hong Kong, has entered into Investment Agreement with Loop Digital Wardrobe (‘Investee Company’), a Company incorporated and registered in England and Wales. Additional details regarding aforesaid acquisition in lines with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, is enclosed as Annexure-A.
