Confidence Petroleum has received approval from board of directors for investment in Confidence Futuristic Energetech -- subsidiary of the Company. The said investment is subject to approval of the shareholders of Confidence Futuristic Energetech, the subsidiary and such other regulatory approvals as may be required. The board of directors at its meeting held on October 30, 2021 has approved the same.
Confidence Petroleum is an India-based manufacturer of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders for domestic, as well as commercial use. The Company is engaged in the sale of cylinder, LPG bottling, and filling/DPT/transport.
