Suryaamba Spinning Mills has informed that pursuant to Reg 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at its Corporate Office, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and six months ended on September 30, 2021; Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor on Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and six months ended on September 30, 2021. Further, in accordance with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading ('Code') read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition o) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed and re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results. The closure of Trading Window has been informed to the Designated Persons covered by the Code.
