Cravatex has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, November 12, 2021 to consider the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021. For specified persons and their dependents, the trading window in respect of the Company’s securities has been closed with effect from October 1, 2021 and they shall not deal in securities of the Company till the opening of the trading window which shall be 48 hours after the results are made public.
