Bank of India reports 97% rise in Q2 consolidated net profit

Bank of India has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2021.

The bank has reported 99.89% rise in its net profit at Rs 1050.98 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net profit of Rs 525.78 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the bank decreased by 3.98% at Rs 11658.59 crore for Q2FY22 as compared Rs 12141.52 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the bank has reported 97.44% rise in its net profit of Rs 1073.03 crore for the quarter under review as against net profit of Rs 543.47 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the bank decreased by 3.71% at Rs 11757.94 crore for Q2FY22 as compared Rs 12210.65 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
