Lancor Holdings has got approval for acquiring 100% stake in L & T Commercial Projects from L & T Urban Development, a step down subsidiary of L&T. The company’s board of directors, in their meeting held on November 9, 2012, approved the same.
Further, the company’s board of directors in their meeting scheduled to be held on November 27, 2012, will consider loan to the wholly owned subsidiary, L & T Commercial Projects.
Lancor Holdings is a professionally managed property development company, acquiring the business interest of erstwhile DBS Properties Limited and is engaged principally in development of properties in Chennai, Bangalore and Coimbatore.
