Further, trading window which is already closed and shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration/approval of financial results for all the Promoters, Directors, KMPs and relatives of all specified persons as may be specified in company's code of conduct and/or SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and other provisions as may be applicable on the Company.
