Goyal Aluminiums is planning to invest and acquire 50,000 equity shares ie. 33.33% of Wroley E India, a Company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 on 11 November, 2021. Post Acquisition, Wroley E India will become an Associate Company of Goyal Aluminiums. Wroley E India will engage in the business of manufacturing, trading, operating, leasing and tenting of all electric vehicles.
Goyal Aluminiums provides metal trading services. The company offers aluminium sheets, coils, sections, grills, and other aluminium products, as well as provides cotton fabrics, printing machines, glass, and other products.
