Aayush Food and Herbs has informed that, as per Regulation 23(9) SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), every listed company shall be required to submit ‘disclosures of related party transactions’ within 30 days from the date of publication of its financial results for the half year. There is no related party transaction in results declared for the half year ended 30th September, 2021. The Company, therefore, is not required to submit ‘Disclosures of the Related Party Transaction as per Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
