Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bengal Tea & Fabrics has informed that as per Gujarat High Court's direction in a suo moto PIL to disconnect sewage connection, the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has sealed the sewage pipeline of its Textile mill located at Ahmedabad, Gujarat today morning, on account of this manufacturing operations of the mill are halted. The management is closely monitoring the developments and trying to resolve the matter as its division has the permission to discharge the treated effluent water in drainage pipeline within Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) norms and guidelines.
