Captain Polyplast is expanding presence in solar EPC segment in addition to its core business of micro irrigation. This foray into solar EPC segment complements company's focus on sustainable products / technologies and would help it participate in government's push for expanding renewable energy capacity in India by 175 GW till 2022.
The company has successfully completed solar EPC projects with capacity of more than 3,400 KW across 700 customers and installed 300 solar pumps. There is order book of 1,500 KW which is expected to complete in FY22.
Captain Polyplast is into business of manufacture and sale of quality micro irrigation system and allied products.
