Bank Of India informs about national strike

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, Bank Of India has informed that the company has been advised by the Indian Banks' Association, that United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) has served a Notice of Strike informing that the members of their Unions will be observing two days nationwide bank strike on 16th and 17th December, 2021 for certain demands. Members of Bank Karmachari Sena Mahasangh (BKSM) will also be observing two days Strike. In the event of proceeding of strike, the functioning of Banks Branches and administrative offices across India may be affected. However, the Bank is taking all necessary steps in terms of the existing guidelines to deal with the Strike and for smooth functioning of Bank's branches/Offices.
