Addi Industries has executed a sale deed for sale of the company’s land plot area measuring 3429 square meter and covered area 1750 square meter situated Gautam Budh Nagar, Noida for a consideration approximately of Rs 15.29 crore. The buyer is a third party buyer who does not belong to the Promoter/Promoter Group Companies and the transaction does not fall under the ambit of Related Party Transactions.

Addi Industries is engaged in the manufacturing and export of textile-related products namely knitted hosiery garments.
