Further to its letter dated 26th November, 2021, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ITC has informed that that the Company has acquired on 17th December, 2021, in the first tranche, 100 Equity Shares of 10 each and 940 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares of 10 each of Mother Sparsh Baby Care, representing 8. 70% of its share capital on a fully diluted basis.
