GR Infraprojects has entered into Share Transfer Agreement(s) with Liberty Worldwide FZE for transfer of entire ordinary shares being held by GR Infraprojects in its foreign subsidiaries namely GR Building and Construction Nigeria (GRBC) & G R Infrastructure, Nigeria (GRIL(N)).
Therefore, upon completion of the aforesaid transfer, GRBC & GRIL(N) would cease to be subsidiaries of the Company.
