The company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary to carry out the business of Trading, Merchant Trading, Import & Export, Trade Technology and related activities. Nature of consideration is 100% subscription to the paid-up share capital in cash. The Company will subscribe to 1,00,000 Equity shares at the face value of Rs 1 each aggregating to Rs 1 lakh in cash.
