KBC Global has incorporated Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘KBC GLOBAL FZCO’. The object of incorporation is to carry on all such business within the area of IFZA (International Free Zone Authority) Dubai in the Free Zone as the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (the ‘Authority’) may permit under the terms of the license issued in respect of the FZCO.
Also, the company will carry on any other trade or business which can, in the opinion of the board of Directors, and subject to the Authority's approval, be advantageously carried on by the FZCO in connection with or as ancillary to any of the above business or the general business of the FZCO.
